At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Director to spearhead our business growth initiatives.This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to forge meaningful partnerships with major financial institutions, driving revenue expansion and elevating our services.About the Role:To develop and execute a strategic channel partnership strategy through identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing partnership deals, implementing, and managing complex partnership engagements.Evaluate project deliverables in terms of channel integration and optimization, ensuring timely execution with quality.Analyze process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimization to maximize efficiency.Manage partnerships to review success factors and conduct regular meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products/features.The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in collaboration with local financial institutions or payment channel industries, boasting an in-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement.Additionally, they should excel in negotiation and partnership proposal development skills, as well as exhibit exceptional interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic channel partnership strategy through identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing partnership deals, implementing, and managing complex partnership engagements.Must-Have Skills: At least 5 years of experience in collaboration with local financial institutions or payment channel industries, in-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement, strong negotiation and partnership proposal development skills, and excellent interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
