Sr. Analyst Data Operations

Analyst Data Operations - Consumer Canada**.
This position can be located in either Markham, Ontario in Canada, Skillman, New Jersey in the US, or Sao Jose dos Campos, in Brazil.

This position will monitor and execute day-to-day operations to support the strategy of the Canada Consumer business.
Will support projects & also lead small projects.
Will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to fairly intricate scope and complexity, while referring to established policies and procedures.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
Monitor and execute the data operations and data quality process.
May include coordination of testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions (Non-Conformance (NC) and/or Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)).
Provide tactical direction to third-party team(s).
Engage with partners on tactical matters as Data Governance Lead for a specific workstream or functional area.
Provide appropriate guidance on data operations.
May include completion of sophisticated change assessments and/or project prioritization requirements, point of escalation for both internal and external team members, s strategic launches and audit/compliance activities.
Facilitate continuous improvement of existing data design, process and templates by tactically focusing on business outcomes.
- Implement and monitor tools and processes that improve execution.
- Prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking to facilitate the efficient operations of the department.
May execute budget and/or value capture protocol within established framework.
- Participate in, and sometimes lead, operational and governance meetings which may include end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews.
- Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility.
May include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogs, and other policy and procedure documents.
Develop and deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures, data flows, etc.
- Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework.
**Key Working Relationships**:
- **Internal**: Data Operations team, Functional area business partners, S4HANA project team.
Supervisor/people management experience is not required.
- **External**: Third party suppliers of operational and/or project functions.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional business experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms is required.
**Additional Qualifications**:
- Supply chain experience is required, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
- Business and technical knowledge and understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models.
(E.g. SAP and/or JDE, Winshuttle, Data Quality), required.
- A relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector/industry experience is preferred.
- MS Office Suite experience required (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are required.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes, required.
- Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and remote team is required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, required.
- This position can be located in either Markham, Ontario in Canada, Skillman, New Jersey in the US, or Sao Jose dos Campos, in Brazil.
This position may require up to 5% of domestic and international (US) travel.
