About the positionAs a Technical Writer at Azion, you will be responsible for the technical content experience of our products.
Your work will ensure that developers and users find clear, actionable instructions and resources to adopt and deepen their use of the platform in a fully self-service way.More than just documenting, you will create content that demonstrates how to use our platform in practice, including code samples, tutorials, videos, and demos that make our products easy to understand and apply in real-world scenarios.
You will also act as a knowledge multiplier in application development and security, helping drive scalable growth for Azion.You will be part of the Product Marketing team, working closely with Product Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing to create learning experiences that accelerate the adoption of our solutions.
Your ImpactTechnical Documentation: Create, review, and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical contentsuch as product references, API documentation, developer guides, and reference architectures.Tutorials and Code Samples: Produce code examples, step-by-step tutorials, and practical guides showcasing real-world product usage.Technical Blog Posts: Write blog articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers, providing insights relevant to their interests and use cases.Solutions & Use Cases: Develop detailed solution-oriented content and use cases that demonstrate how Azion products solve real business and technical challenges.Demos and Video Content: Record videos, technical walkthroughs, and product demos to support developer learning.Technical Glossaries and Learning Content: Create and maintain technical glossaries and relevant learning materials to support consistent understanding of Azions products and ecosystem.
What Youll BringTechnical knowledge of protocols and standards for web applications;Previous experience in development teams and/or technology SaaS/PaaS products;Proven experience generating technical documentation for developers;Excellent technical writing skills in English and Portuguese;Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks;Experience using AI tools for technical writing and code development;Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Bonus PointsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);Practical experience with Git and docs-as-code workflows;Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, GraphQL), JSON, Markdown, HTML/CSS;Experience with distributed systems, serverless applications, or cloud platforms;Experience producing audiovisual content (technical videos, screencasts, webinars);Experience with documentation frameworks such as Diátaxis, Astro Docs, or similar;Spanish (written).
