In this role, you will:Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth import/export processes.Drive customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.Manage branch financial performance and develop strategies for growth.Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.Lead and mentor a high-performing team.What We're Looking ForProven expertise in freight forwarding, international trade, and customs.Strong experience in managing ocean, air, truckload, and customs logistics.Skilled in import/export processes and customer service excellence.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Solid understanding of industry compliance standards.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience.Why ACF Global?
