Sales Support Specialist – M& O Partners (Brazil)Location: Centro, RJ | Industry: Oil & Gas / EnergyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our Sales team in Brazil. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, client requests, and supplier processes. You will work closely with our Sales Director and Managers, bridging commercial, administrative, financial, and logistical tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple processes, and contributing directly to the success of international sales operations.What You Will Do Sales & Back-Office SupportManage client/vendor portals, including quotations, registrations, and contract documentation.Support Sales Managers with key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of requests.Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned products/services: quotations, importation, resale, tax calculations, and billing. Administrative & ComplianceMaintain supplier orders, registrations, and compliance documentation.Ensure all processes (finance, freight, importation, delivery) are executed accurately and within deadlines.Control system access, CRM data, and documentation consistency during migrations. Logistics & Supply ChainManage import/export operations, coordinating suppliers and logistics partners.Negotiate with alternative suppliers to optimize costs and reduce risks.Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure reliable supply chain solutions.
