You will play a pivotal role in advancing life sciences research and enabling affordable healthcare solutions for all.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGSales Growth and Strategy:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in your territory.Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for MGI's products and solutions.Customer Engagement and Support:Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders in academic, government, and private sectors.Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support, ensuring customers achieve optimal results with MGI products.Technical Expertise and Education:Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate customers on product capabilities and applications.Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, product managers, and R& D to provide comprehensive technical and promotional support.Market Intelligence:Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.Contribute to marketing efforts through trade shows, vendor events, and other promotional activities.Reporting and Administration:Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce), prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular activity reports.Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.ABOUT YOUYou thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation drive success.Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to engage both small and large audiences.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Passionate about advancing genomics and automation technologies to transform healthcare.WHERE YOU WILL WORKBrazil (São Paulo):Field-based role, eligible for remote work based in BrazilPreferred location: São PauloUp to 50% travel across the territory to engage with customers and stakeholders, demonstrate and sell NGS instruments, attend regional events, and support market initiatives.WHAT YOU WILL BRING USTechnical Expertise:Comprehensive knowledge of NGS, DNA sequencing, RT-PCR, and molecular biology applications.Hands-on experience with library preparation, lab automation, and system integration for sequencing workflows.Sales Experience:5+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences, genomics, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and develop long-term customer relationships.Tech-Savvy Skills:Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.Education:Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field required; Master's or advanced degree preferred.Language:English - advanced levelSpanish - intermediate/advanced knowledge desiredWHAT YOUR EDUCATION LOOKS LIKEMaster's or Advanced Degree in life sciences or related fields preferred.Bachelor's degree with significant technical and sales experience will also be considered.HOW WE WILL REWARD YOU:Comprehensive health insuranceFitness allowance to support your wellness goalsMeal stipend to cover daily meal expensesDental PlanABOUT USMGI is at the forefront of genomics innovation, delivering high-quality genetic sequencers and advancing life sciences research.
