OverviewAmazon is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a transformative initiative within our Payments Business Operations in the Oakberry strategic partnership.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to revolutionize our operational processes through modern AI and ML technologies, while driving operational excellence and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end transformation of Payments Business Operations, focusing on efficiency, self-service capabilities, and AI/ML-driven solutionsApply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and optimize key operational processesDevelop and implement AI and ML use cases to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve operational metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation initiatives with broader business objectives and technical roadmapsDrive data-driven insights and translate them into actionable improvement plansManage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of transformation initiativesEvaluate and integrate new technologies and payment partners to support innovative features and launchesOrchestrate high-stakes business events and operational reviews, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignmentBasic QualificationsSolid program or project management experienceSolid developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experienceExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsBachelor's degreeAdvanced to fluent in EnglishDemonstrated experience in leveraging AI and ML technologies for business process optimizationPreferred QualificationsDriving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management, Management, and Product ManagementIndustries: Software DevelopmentCompanyAmazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda.Job ID: A3059488Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
