Job Title: Senior Engineering Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive leader to oversee our engineering team, providing strategic guidance and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.This involves management responsibilities within the engineering team;Technical leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, assist the team with problem-solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security.Project Management: Ensure timely deliveries, manage project metrics, remove blocks, mitigate risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned.People Management: evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1:1s, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career direction, hiring and separation process.Relationship management with multiple stakeholders (both technical and business), taking accountability to deliver software solutions and securing development team commitment.
