and opportunities.About the RoleTIO is the Technical Implementation Owner part of OCD GSOC Organization, and Orange Business CSU Organization.It manages customer expectations according to the service sold and acts as the main technical point of contact for the customer and the project team (from order to delivery).The TIO delivers managed security solutions to Orange Cyberdefense customers, implements the managed solutions through the different management platforms, and participates in projects to activate Managed Security Services purchased by customers.The TIO ensures that both Customer-, Orange Cyberdefense-, Vendor environments/platforms are set up in accordance with pre-defined project plans, associated instructions, and timeline.The TIO also has the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in the Orange Cyberdefense organization as there are various roles that collaborate within one Onboarding project.Key ResponsibilitiesPresales PhaseReviews the proposal and delivery model with presales supportProvides the level of effort of the build phaseProposes the management architecture for some managed offersValidates the timeline and potential training needsContributes to service creation or evolution (PoC/PoV)Project KickoffValidates non-standard requests with ISS and EngineeringReviews the BoM and requests vendor quotes for the fully managed solutionsParticipates in project internal and external kickoff meetingsHelps the security consultant collect the technical requirementsAligns the project timeline and deliverables with OCD PMProvides technical guidance for the customer and the project teamDeployment and configurationNew PlatformReviews the security designWorks with L3 Engineering to deliver new PoC/Bespoke solutionsValidates the non-standard management approaches with ISSImplements the managed security scope of workOperational PlatformReviews the existing design, the customer environment, and the proposed changesAligns the needed changes with the involved stakeholders complying with the complex change management processImplements the managed security scope of workService Activation and Project ClosureManages the rollout plans with the customer and OCD PMTests the security scope with the customer and any other relevant stakeholderProvides post-implementation supportInitiates the HOTO process with the Operations team and Security Manager, including the handover sessions and knowledge transferService DisconnectionCoordinates and performs the disconnection tasks for complex disconnections needed for running managed services in collaboration with the TIO colleaguesQualityEnsure that services can be delivered according to the project timelineEnsure that service deliverables are in accordance with the project planCollaborate with stakeholders to review, provide, and take action on activities within the projects.Stakeholders include:Security Operations Teams (SOC)Security PMsRelease ProgramTechnical Management (ISS)Security EngineeringSecurity ManagersSecurity ConsultantsOCD PresalesAbout YouSkills & ExperienceThe Technical Implementation Owner will need to possess the following skills:Highly organized/structured, follow-through on commitments with a strong sense of responsibility for your own and the team's overall performanceAbility to work and communicate
