This role offers growth into a Media Buying expert, managing large budgets and delivering results for top advertisers.
No native experience?

We provide mentorship, data-driven strategies, and hands-on training across platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.At Launch Potato, you'll work with a diverse team across the Americas, gaining global experience in digital media, especially in Finance and Money Management.If you seek a role where you're trusted, supported, and set up to thrive, this is it.MUST HAVE:Experience running social or native ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or LiveintentAbility to monitor and optimize campaign performance using dataAttention to detail with a focus on execution and task managementEffective communication and collaboration in a remote environmentPositive attitude, adaptability, and resilience to changePassion for performance marketing and interest in the Make Money/Manage Money vertical of FinanceBuzzEXPERIENCE: 2+ years in media buying or programmatic advertising, focusing on performance-driven results across social or native campaigns.YOUR ROLE: Support the growth of our Make Money/Manage Money campaigns by executing builds, monitoring, and optimizing strategies.OUTCOMES:Manage native ad campaigns on platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or LiveintentMonitor performance metrics and implement optimizationsCollaborate with senior buyers to launch and expand campaignsAssist with creative testing and trackingConduct competitor research and performance auditsCoordinate with content and paid media teams for campaign setupMaintain documentation and performance trackersCOMPETENCIES:Execution-oriented, independent management of deliverablesAccurate reporting and QAData analysis and strategic insightEffective cross-team collaborationCuriosity and proactive questioningClear communication and feedback receptivenessDesire to grow into a strategic buyerJoin us to make an impact in a profitable, high-growth company.
