OverviewJob Title: Senior Paid Media Buyer (Meta, TikTok & Beyond)Location: Remote (US Time Zone)About the RoleWe're looking for a senior-level Paid Social Buyer to own and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.You're someone who's managed $80K-100K+/day for a DTC brand, with a minimum of 50k/day of that being Meta (within the past 1–2 years), and you bring more than technical know-how — you have strong instincts for creative strategy, deep attribution experience (Northbeam/Triple Whale), and understanding of incrementality (ex: Geo lift testing, Haus), and thrive when fully owning outcomes across spend, performance, and strategy.This is not just a buying seat — this is full-funnel performance ownership.What You'll Be DoingPaid Social Strategy & ExecutionOwn paid social and search performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms (AppLovin, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts)Build scalable campaign structures and testing plans to drive profitable growthLaunch, manage, and optimize $2M+/month in ad spend with full autonomyDevelop media plans rooted in customer acquisition, CAC/LTV, and overall MER targetsData, Attribution & AnalysisUse multi-touch attribution tools like Northbeam or Triple Whale to uncover true performance insightsAnalyze incrementality reports through in-platform or external toolsDetect patterns in data, segment performance by geo/creative/audience/funnel stage, and act decisivelyCreate custom reports and dashboards to communicate wins, losses, and opportunitiesCreative & Funnel CollaborationBrief creative team on angles, hooks, and formats based on performance data and competitor analysisCollaborate with CRO to ensure ads and landing pages are congruent, optimized, and continuously testedInfluence ad design and funnel construction with a focus on improving CVR and AOVPlanning, Incrementality Testing, & Media Mix ModelingEvaluate media mix, timing, flighting, and platform selection based on business needs and channel maturityUse tools like Haus or geo lift testingContribute to cross-platform growth strategy by identifying scale opportunities beyond Meta/TikTokAlign planning with client objectives across both brand and performance goals (e.g. awareness, acquisition)Leadership, Communication & InnovationCommunicate strategies, insights, and media recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadershipBuild structured, scalable processes to manage high daily budgets with precision and accountabilityStay ahead of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and industry benchmarksHow You'll Spend Your Time25% Analysis: Review campaign performance, spot trends, uncover insights25% Strategy: Plan experiments, identify scale ops, refine account structure25% Execution: Launch/optimize campaigns, troubleshoot, manage budgets25% Creative: Brief creative, synthesize feedback, iterate rapidlyWhy This Role is DifferentOwnership over large budgets and outcomes — you're not just pushing buttonsCollaborative, no-silos environment — media, creative, and CRO work togetherStrong data infrastructure and attribution tools — you'll actually see what's workingAmbitious, high-performing team culture where the best ideas winWho You Are5+ years in media buying with at least 2+ years managing $50K+/day on Meta for a DTC brandProven ownership of $2M+/month in spend, across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channelsFamiliarity with other channels like Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, or TaboolaDeep understanding of direct response creative and full-funnel performance marketing with a POV on creative trends, ad fatigue, and audience behavior on social platformsExperience with multi-touch attribution platforms like Northbeam or Triple WhaleExperience with incrementality platforms like HausAnalytical and pattern-driven thinker — fluent in dashboards, spreadsheets, and pivot tablesNatural collaborator who communicates clearly with creative, CRO, and analytics teamsEqual parts strategist and executor — you can zoom out and dive in with easeComfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments with high expectations and high autonomy#J-18808-Ljbffr
