DevOps Engineer - Automation ExpertWe are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation tooling to support internal teams and streamline cross-team workflows.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented engineer who enjoys automating provisioning, deployment, management, and monitoring of SaaS products.You will work closely with members of the DevOps team to ensure best practices are implemented across applications.The ideal candidate is someone who:Thrives on owning critical systems and takes pride in driving uptime, reliability, and robust incident managementGets energized by designing, building, and scaling automation tooling that empowers other teams and streamlines cross-functional workflowsEnjoys championing process improvements, standardizing deployment and reliability practices, and influencing engineering maturity across an organizationDisplays natural curiosity, constantly measuring, experimenting, and improving from DORA metrics to incident response, and gains fulfillment from reducing manual work through creative scripting and automationFinds satisfaction in mentoring others, running technical workshops or retrospectives, and modeling the behaviors and standards that elevate a DevOps cultureLoves building trusting partnerships across Engineering, QA, and Services, and delights in transforming shared challenges into measurable outcomesInnovative solutions company seeking talented engineer to improve operations and enhance customers' financial lives.Responsibilities:Own and drive production system stability, respond to incidents, and improve reliability across critical servicesDesign, build, and maintain automation tooling to support internal teams and streamline cross-team workflowsPartner closely with Engineering, QA, and Services to scale DevOps maturity and accelerate deliveryLead efforts to improve system monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes for high uptime and resilienceMentor teammates, champion best practices, and contribute to onboarding, retrospectives, and trainingRequirements:Excellent English communication skills5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, preferably with ownership of production systems, automation, and reliability in complex environmentsDeep experience with production operations, incident management, and reliability engineering for complex distributed systemsStrong proficiency in automation scripting, such as Python and Bash, and modern CI/CD pipelinesHands-on background with major cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AnsibleProven expertise with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog, in production environmentsDemonstrated ability to mentor others, standardize processes, and drive adoption of best practices across teamsStrong collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, and ServicesAbout us:We offer development talent who enjoy taking on challenging work, want to grow their skills and experiences building software, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.We deliver world-class remote resources that enable our valued client team members to work effectively.
