Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled talent hunter to join our team in finding and recruiting senior tech professionals for Silicon Valley startups in Latin America.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process across global time zones.Key responsibilities include sending high-volume recruitment invitations, collecting and verifying candidate contact details, adding candidates to an applicant tracking system (ATS), conducting initial screening calls, and ensuring seamless interview coordination.Requirements:Advanced level of English proficiencyExperience working with sales platforms such as Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Recruiter LiteAbility to process high volumes of candidates successfullyFamiliarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)Strong organizational and time management skillsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyA problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressureComfortable working with targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tight deadlinesNice to Have:Previous experience working in fast-paced agencies or startupsAbout the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent acquisition and develop your skills further in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
