Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market Focus (Remote)Are you a sharp, structured B2B sales professional who knows how to create pipeline from scratch and convert outbound outreach into real business?
We're hiring a remote Business Development Representative to help us scale high-quality lead generation and deal flow for digital-first clients targeting the US market.This role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm of outbound sales, has experience speaking with decision-makers, and thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and nurturing leads, and helping move them through the sales funnel in collaboration with our consultants and closers.Core Focus AreasOutbound and Inbound prospecting and lead generationEngaging and nurturing B2B leadsHigh-quality pipeline buildingDeal nurturing and post-engagement follow-upsRequirements5+ years in B2B commercial sales, ideally managing full lead-to-close cyclesHigh intelligence and quick learning ability—comfortable with case simulations2+ years working with the US market, with cultural fluency and strong business awarenessProven experience with outbound and inbound outreach—cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and building lead listsHands-on experience using lead engagement tools—especially HubSpot CRMSuccess in converting cold leads into discovery calls or qualified opportunitiesStrong communication skills—confident in business-level discussions with stakeholdersComfortable operating at the "middle layer" level—speaking to decision-makers, not just end users or C-suiteCompetencesProactive in follow-ups and consistent in outreachExcellent time management and personal accountabilityBusiness-minded, articulate, and confident in positioning valueDegree in the field or related areasReady to Apply?
