OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a foundational role in building the core platform that enables power utilities to shift from decades-old legacy systems into an AI-native future.This strategic position requires strong coding fundamentals, system design capability, and the mindset of a builder who thrives in a startup environment.The successful candidate will work in small, agile teams reporting directly to the CTO, collaborating closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers.Key Responsibilities:Front-End Development: Design, implement, and maintain front-end applications using cloud-native best practicesBack-End Architecture & Development: Design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and distributed systems that form the backbone of our OSAI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systemsSystem Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native methodologiesSecurity & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations, implementing secure coding practices by defaultRequired Skills & Qualifications:Excellent English communication skills5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adapt Golang on the job)Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams
