Job DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Talent Operations Strategist to join our team.This role involves carrying talents through the selection process, executing operational steps including scheduling interviews, negotiating with candidates, reporting information and statuses, and interacting with internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate should be able to execute while challenging the status quo, automatizing repeatable processes, streamlining processes, optimizing cross-functional handoffs, reducing SLAs, and improving talents' experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution: Manage candidate-related steps including communication, scheduling, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs while keeping candidates informed.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks and maintaining consistent productivity.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business, or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, at a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsWe value being client-first, working at start-up speed, and being Al-forward.Core QualificationsTalent operation strategy and execution expertise.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
