Supply Chain Analyst Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to drive our growth by playing an active role in day-to-day operations and positioning themselves for unique career opportunities.The successful candidate will be responsible for determining supply needs, researching potential suppliers, communicating pricing and performance needs, negotiating favorable procurement contracts and prices, selecting reliable suppliers based on product quality and cost-efficiency, maintaining supplier lists and qualifications, and preparing cost-benefit analysis reports.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have 2+ years of experience in supply management or related positions, knowledge of SAP or SAP B1, a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business management, experience in managing inventory, proficiency in SQL analysis tools and mathematical analysis, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust.
The ideal candidate will also have an advanced level of English.Determine supply needs and research potential suppliers: Identify areas where we can optimize our supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Communicate pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers: Develop strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure they understand our pricing and performance requirements.Negotiate favorable procurement contracts and prices: Use data and analytics to negotiate the best possible deals with our suppliers.Select reliable suppliers based on product quality and cost-efficiency: Evaluate suppliers based on their ability to meet our quality standards while keeping costs under control.Maintain supplier lists and qualifications: Regularly update our supplier database to reflect any changes in their capabilities or performance.Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports: Provide detailed analysis of the costs and benefits associated with different supply chain options.
