About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Category Manager to strengthen our Buying & Trading team.This role is responsible for planning and managing assigned product categories, ensuring stores receive the right products at the right time.Key Responsibilities:Category Analysis: Conduct seasonal analysis to identify risks and opportunities.Product Planning: Plan, purchase, and allocate products across stores to ensure availability and efficiency.Stakeholder Management: Partner with key stakeholders (Brand, Retail Operations, Supply Chain) to execute category strategy.Reporting and Insights: Build reports and provide actionable insights on campaigns, product activations, and category performance based on KPIs like Sell-through, Rate of Sale, Weeks of Coverage, etc.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in product and assortment planning efficiency.Requirements:English Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced level required.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations and strategy alignment.Critical Thinking: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Why Work with Us?You will be part of a global, collaborative, and dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate, grow, and impact business success.Avoiding unnecessary turnover by fostering a work environment that allows employees to thrive, learn, and have fun.
