Information Technology Manager

OverviewInformation Technology Manager role at LEDN.LEDN is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer lending, savings and trading products for digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are a remote-first, fast-moving team that values integrity, progress, and empathy, and we aim to democratize access to the global economy through our products and services.The role reports to the Director of IT.What you will doBe customer-facing and the first line of IT support for employees (via Slack, Jira, etc.).Own support experiences and ensure outstanding service; work in a Mac environment; troubleshoot using the terminal and make macOS work in the enterprise.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and device retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM/Jamf, etc.).Improve identity and access management (IDP/SSO tools such as GSuite, Okta); integrate APIs and enable cross-system workflows.Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate recurring tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints using agile practices (Jira).Set and work toward objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals.What you bring to LEDN7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience with SSO integration into Okta and building workflows; strong API skills for cross-system integrations.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong security awareness and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, OSI model).Self-management ability and strong project scoping across multiple teams.Desirable / Culture fitFamiliarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI-based workflows.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Leadership mindset, adaptability in a startup/tech environment, collaborative, empathetic, and principled in handling confidential information.Experience working in a remote environment.What we offerComprehensive rewards package including equity ownership in the company.Remote work flexibility: work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Competitive PTO and a purpose-driven role in a leading digital asset company.Inclusive, diverse workplace and equal opportunity employment; accommodation requests are handled confidentially.Requests for accommodation during recruitment can be directed to Ledn; we address them confidentially.Ledn is a global, remote-first team spanning North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.We may request short video responses during the selection process or review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, and we do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailWe are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.We may contact only qualified applicants due to high volume.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
