Key Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region.Main Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Ensure successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement for our clients.Strategy Development: Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.Data Analysis: Provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights.Audit and Control: Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Skills: Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention.Soft Skills: Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization.Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.Benefits:Competitive Pay: Attractive and competitive pay and Performance Bonus + Uncapped Revenue Commission.Leave Policy: Annual Leave: 20 working days paid leave per year (pro-rated) + local public holidays.Remote Work: Fully remote with reasonable overlap hours; occasional travel budget if needed.About Us:We are a diverse team that values trust, ownership, and continuous learning.We empower talent to grow, experiment, and deliver real-world impact.Our culture is rooted in collaboration, agile execution, and a commitment to building scalable, high-performance technologies that adapt to the ever-evolving AdTech landscape.
