As an Operations Associate, you will be part of a fast-paced team that ranks #170 on the Inc. **** list and has received Clutch Awards.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to support our teams in a 100% remote environment.The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager and possess excellent communication skills.Responsibilities include:Team Support: assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining recordsCRM & Data Management: ensuring client records are updated and accurateCross-Department Coordination: working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflowAudits & Compliance: performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrityClient Interaction: responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessaryReporting & KPIs: tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insightsPresentation & Proposal Support: helping create sales materials for client meetingsAdministrative Assistance: providing ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiencyRequirements include:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skillsExtreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentationStrong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAdaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving companyExperience in sales administration or operations support (preferred)Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environmentA problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
