Job OpportunityYou will be responsible for leading the innovation and development of refrigeration products, resolving issues related to product functionality, and driving improvement initiatives.This role requires a strong technical foundation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a hands-on approach to delivering engineering excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with R&D teams on design, testing, and product developmentDevelop parts in conjunction with local suppliers and lead technical meetingsPrepare reports on product development, cost reduction, and performance metricsSolve factory and field issues related to product functionalityMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process defect indicators, and lead improvement projectsManage service provider activities and R&D team performanceDeliver presentations and align with senior management and stakeholdersPlan and execute cost-reduction initiativesDrive continuous improvement through innovation and process optimizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related fieldExperience in engineering/product development and refrigeration technologyProject leadership experienceProficiency in technical drawing interpretation and 3D prototyping toolsStrong leadership skillsAdvanced English proficiencyTechnical course or post-graduation in project management or a related area (desired)Valid passport for international travel
