Job Title: Human Resources (HR) ManagerJob Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.This role ensures the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development.The HR Manager partners with leadership to build a positive workplace culture and align HR strategies with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.Support organizational development and succession planning.Provide HR guidance to managers and employees to enhance workplace productivity and culture.Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification such as SHRM-CP/PHR preferred).5+ years of experience in HR management or related roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
