**About the job**Majid Al Futtaim invites you to join us in our quest to create great moments for everyone, everydayWe are the leading shopping mall, residential communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, serving over 560 million visitors a year.For the past two decades, we have shaped the consumer landscape across the region, transforming the way people shop, live and play, while maintaining a strong sustainability track record and the largest mall in the world to attain LEED Gold EBOM Certification.We have over 40,000 team members in 15 international markets representing over 100 nationalities - all keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.If you enjoy being BOLD, PASSIONATE and TOGETHER, then Majid Al Futtaim is the destination for you.**Customer Service Officer - VOX CENICO Cinemas****To perform duties required in all cinema departments at a consistently high service level whilst working within guidelines of MAF Cinemas policies and procedures.**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- **Service** - Follow MAF Cinema's Service Steps to deliver a consistent high level of service to all guests.- **Team** - Respect all fellow team members and treat as equals.- Provide assistance to others where possible regardless of which department is listed on the roster.- **Cash Handling **- Follow MAF Cinema cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize unders/overs for every shift.- **Suggestive Selling& Upselling** - Utilise suggestive selling and upselling skills in all areas of the cinemas to maximize each transaction.- **Food Hygiene & Handling** - Follow food hygiene policies to ensure all food & beverage served to MAF Cinemas guests is safe and free of contamination.- **Health & Safety** - Abide by policies & procedures listed in MAF Cinemas health and safety management program to ensure a safe environment for guest, colleagues and self.Definition of Success- Good customer service- Achievement of targetsPersonal characteristics- Physically fit to perform required duties- Able to read/write in English- The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.- Strong communication skills- Customer service orientation- Be available to work night shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster.Minimum experience- 2-3 years+ Previous F&B/Customer Service/Retail experience preferred.
