**About the Role**
- Examine claims documents received and undertake any required adjustments
- Establish claims files in all claims systems and assure that the claims are updated.
- Comply with regulatory requirements.
- Review client inquiries regarding open billing invoices as well as statements from clients and brokers
- Instruct marine loss adjusters and experts and review loss adjusters reports as well as police coverage to determine coverage.
- Strategy on claims, monitoring of claims, mitigation of loss, adequacy of reserves, pay claims that are owed and reject unjustified claims, consistency and adequacy of case and recovery reserves, collection and enforcement of recoveries, timely and accurate reporting, including compliance with all best practice claims process and procedures, group guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claims payments and sending of acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processes
- Identify potential claims to be referred to appropriate personnel
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to obtain specific claim information as needed
- You may be involved in many interesting projects that have a link to claims administration, systems and/or reporting

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree Agronomy
- Previous experience handling Agro Claims
- You have strong analytical, organizational and social skills
- You are able to work both independently as well as in the team
- You have the ability to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities
- Excellent customer focus and can-do attitude are your strengths
- You demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate with clients, managers, supervisors, colleagues, and team members
- You actively contribute to the team spirit
- Profound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Package
- Analytical and commercial mind-set; knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, being agile and flexible to changing environment and needs.
- English language written and spoken is a plus

- Collaborative: you will be working with teams in Brazil, as well as across region in LatAm.
- Good communication and presentation skills to serve internal and external customers in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
