- Diploma Universitário ou experiência prática equivalente
- Competência em técnicas e metodologias modernas de Descoberta e Entrega de produtos
- mais de dois anos de experiência na construção de produtos digitais como Gestor de Produto, Designer de Produto, Engenheiro, Analista de Dados, Cientista de Dados ou Pesquisador em UX
- Competência em aprender sobre diferentes áreas de negócio - engenharia, design, financeiro, vendas ou marketing
- Competência em descobrir soluções para problemas desafiadores, com diversas restrições, utilizando um racional sólido para avaliar riscos e colocar os seus argumentos de maneira bem estruturada, informada por dados e escrita
- Habilidade de interagir com Engenheiros, Designers, Líderes Corporativos em uma relação construtiva e colaborativa
- Capacidade de facilitar uma reunião em Inglês
