In this role, you will work closely with company directors and managers, taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
You will touch all areas of HR (excluding payroll and legal) while reporting to a manager for guidance.This is a hands-on, autonomous position where you will be expected to work independently, maintain high accuracy, and ensure tasks are completed with urgency and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with directors and managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategiesSource, screen, and recruit candidates that best fit open rolesLead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different functionsSupport and coordinate the onboarding process for new hiresMaintain accurate employee records and HR data, including new hire documentationContribute to HR operations across multiple areas (excluding payroll and legal)Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager for guidance and alignmentEnsure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company culture and valuesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist rolesProven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functionsStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and managersProactive, "get-things-done" mindset with a sense of urgencyComfortable with HR systems, ATS platforms, and employee documentation processesWhat We OfferFull-time, remote role with flexibilityOpportunity to work closely with company leadership and directly impact growthAutonomy and ownership in daily responsibilitiesSupportive team culture with guidance and mentorshipExposure to a wide range of HR functions and eCommerce industry insightsBase pay range: $1,200.00/yr - $2,000.00/yrSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingApply using this link
