S.-based recruitment agency operating under Home Alliance Group.We specialize in sourcing, retaining, and motivating top talent across multiple industries, supporting clients from early-stage startups to nationwide enterprises.Our work spans technical roles, field-service technicians, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive placements.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team.In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical.You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practicesQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment- Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus- Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)Compensation- Base monthly pay to provide financial stability- Performance-based bonuses for each successful hire- High earning potential with no cap on bonusesWhat We Offer- Fully remote work environment- Professional development and career growth opportunities- Supportive and collaborative team culture- Exposure to international recruitment and diverse industries- Long-term collaboration potential
