Talent Advisor & Specialist – Strategic Pharmaceutical RPOAs aTalent Advisor & Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for full-cycle recruitment in Brazil within a high-performance RPO model. Partnering with hiring managers at aworld-leading biopharmaceutical company, you will recruit for mission-critical, high-science roles.This is a consultative role for a recruiter who acts as a strategic bridge between candidate excellence and complex business needs. You will operate in a \"white-glove\" environment where market intelligence and senior stakeholder management are just as important as the hire itself.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Niche Recruitment:Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized roles, includingMedical Science Liaisons (MSLs),HCP Partners, Clinical Research, and senior leadership.Strategic Stakeholder Management:Act as a consultative partner for global hiring managers (US/Europe). Lead intake meetings, define sourcing strategies, and provide market data to influence hiring decisions.Market Mapping & Hunting:Proactively identify and engage passive, high-level talent within the neurology, immunology, and rare disease sectors.Candidate Experience & Logistics:Manage a premium candidate journey, from initial engagement through offer negotiation and pre-boarding.Performance Excellence:Ensure alignment with aggressive KPIs, including a10-day shortlist targetand a30-day average Time-to-Fill.Required QualificationsExperience:5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an RPO or executive search environment.Industry Expertise:Direct experience recruiting forPharmaceutical or Life Sciencescompanies is highly preferred (understanding roles like MSL or Regulatory Affairs is a major advantage).Bilingual Communication:Fluency in both Portuguese and Englishis mandatory for reporting to and collaborating with global stakeholders.Seniority:Proven ability to manage the recruitment of Director-level and highly technical scientific profiles.Tools:Mastery of Linked In Recruiter and global ATS systems (Workday, Success Factors, or Gupy).Compensation & Work ModelBase Salary:R$9,****** (Monthly CLT).Model:Hybrid (Barra Funda, São Paulo).
