**What the day will look like**
- Lead strategic transformation projects from initiation to delivery, acting as Product Owner with hands-on technical understanding.
- Manage the LATAM Performance Management program, refining operational metrics and OKRs, and enhancing governance and reporting.
- Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture through training, mentoring, and collaboration with D&A teams.
- Identify and guide process improvement initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by market analysis and benchmarking.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or STEM; MBA preferred.
Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or PMI are a plus.
- Proven experience in strategy development and transformation, ideally in services or tech-driven environments.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
