Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will support the design and implementation of Human Resources strategy for Latin America, focusing on Culture, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We seek a professional with experience in designing and facilitating training sessions, team building, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of HR Strategy for Latin America based on internal/external data analysis.
  • IDentify needs for training with stakeholders, design learning strategies and facilitate training and development activities.
  • Collaborate with local HR Teams to ensure successful HR strategy implementation across Samsung LATAM subsidiaries.
  • Execute Talent Management strategy by identifying and nurturing high-potential talents, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals for leadership roles in the region.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, monitoring strategy and proposing actions.
  • Travel across LATAM countries to collaborate with local teams and ensure successful HR strategy implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, team buildings and other related activities.
  • Deep understanding of Leadership Development methodologies.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and create action plans.
  • Interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.
  • Proactive and solution-focused problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes.
  • Ambition and desire for professional growth.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Spanish proficiency (desirable).
