Job Description

The HR Business Partner establishes the talent and HR agenda in support of business objectives for LATAM. This role primarily focuses on strategic work and typically sits on the leadership team.

This position serves as the main point of contact for all HR related matters for LATAM operations (currently in four countries: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru). It is crucial in executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement to deliver a balanced and supportive associate experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full HR agenda and processes/deliverables to all LATAM People Leaders and associates
  • Partner with People Leaders and the business to develop and drive organization and people strategies, solutions, and plans;
  • Provide compensation counsel and support including compensation planning, review and approval of compensation actions, promotions and job re-leveling for assigned client groups
  • Support management coaching to business leaders and orient new people managers to lead effectively in matrixed organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in matrixed organizations
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish desired
