Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager

Talent Identification and Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Manager to partner with our director team, executives, and business leaders to define a talent identification and management strategy and approach for the assigned business function.

This includes understanding legal requirements at execution level related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will strategically work with assigned function's executive management and HR leadership team to improve working relationships, build engagement, increase output, attract, and retain talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Solid experience as an HRBP and/or in Labor Relations is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation
  • Analytical profile with strategic vision and strong consultative approach
  • Previous experience in corporate or industrial environments is desirable
  • Sound judgment and decision-making, strong analytical skills, project management, communication abilities, critical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability, organizational skills
