This role requires an experienced and skilled professional to partner with directors, executives, and business leaders in developing a comprehensive talent identification and management strategy.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement a talent management approach for assigned business functions, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on restructuring efforts, job design, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, foster engagement, increase productivity, and attract and retain top talent.
- Establish a positive work culture and climate that motivates staff and supports the organization's overall success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence (BI) tools; experience with HRIS systems is desirable.
- Solid experience as an HRBP and/or in Labor Relations is highly valued.
