About the RoleWe are seeking a Strategic People Development Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational needs, driving growth and success.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and company culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention.

  • Lead succession planning and career development programs, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong experience in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Organizational Development.
