">The role of an HR Business Partner is a strategic consultant to the leadership team, covering all aspects of HR including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management, and cultural transformation to achieve a high-performance culture.
This position reports directly to the HR Director and requires coaching business unit leaders on people strategies, resolving complex cases, and supporting the strategic direction of the HR function. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as strong analytical skills.
The key responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, facilitating communication between employees and management, and handling union-related issues.
Additionally, this role involves overseeing recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying training needs, developing training programs, facilitating employee development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
