The successful candidate will partner with the Global Talent Team to design and execute global talent strategies across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Global Talent Team to develop regional talent strategies in alignment with business priorities.
- Lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs to identify and address regional talent gaps.
- Manage and develop the LATAM Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with global hiring standards and practices.
- Drive regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines.
- Develop and implement regional talent strategies in collaboration with the Global Talent Team.
- Lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to address regional talent gaps.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to LATAM business leaders on talent-related matters.
- Manage and develop the LATAM Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with global hiring standards and practices.
- Drive regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines.
- Partner with HRBP teams to deliver global leadership development programs tailored to regional needs.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning experiences for emerging and senior leaders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Prepare regional talent dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
- Act as a bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Influence senior stakeholders across LATAM to adopt and champion talent initiatives.
