We are seeking a talented Talent Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of consultants, understanding their strengths, development needs, and career goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and performance management of our consultants, as well as developing relationships with each consultant to provide guidance and support.
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the office. As a Talent Manager, you will work closely with our Human Capital Manager to manage the pyramid, training, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Management
- Engage with consultants on development needs and areas for training
- Develop relationships with each consultant and become a trusted advisor
- Assist consultants in directing resources for career advice
- Monitor work-life-quality issues and escalate when needed
- Project Staffing
- Understand project nuances and staffing needs
- Liaise with project team leaders to understand staffing requirements
- Anticipate capacity issues and manage expectations
- Communicate staffing outcomes to consultants
- Consultant Development and Performance Management
- Understand performance management framework and competency model
- Coordinate training with Learning and Development team
- Read performance appraisals and follow up on issues
- Data, analysis and reporting
- Review weekly utilization reports
- Assist with project pipeline and consultant availability reports
- Help prepare documents for senior leadership meetings
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in client services business environment
- Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred
