ServiceNow with a proven track record of delivering large scale implementations across Technology Workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, Risk, SecOps and Core Business Workflows including HRSD, S2P, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal and othersThis role requires a professional with both strong technical expertise and solution design skills, capable of translating customer requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring governance, performance, and long term maintainability.As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will Lead configuration and implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules with deep hands on technical skillsDesign, script, and optimize solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and platform automation features Implement and govern large scale integrations with high data volumes, ensuring performance and security standards are metApply best practices in platform governance, performance optimization, and maintenance including upgrades and patchingConfigure and extend the platform using business rules, client scripts, ACLs, notifications, knowledge management, service portal and employee experience features Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through adoption strategies, process improvements, and alignment with ServiceNow leading practicesMentor junior consultants and collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and business process consultants to drive successful project outcomesQualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.Required Advanced English and SpanishProven hands on experience in ServiceNow implementations covering Technology Workflows ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, Risk, SecOps and Core Business Workflows HRSD, S2P, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal and othersAdvanced development skills in JavaScript including scripting with business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs and customizationsStrong knowledge of Flow Designer, Playbooks, Knowledge Management, Service Portal and Employee CenterExperience with integrations involving large data volumes using ServiceNow native and custom approachesSolid knowledge of platform performance, governance, and maintenance best practicesAdvanced expertise in at least three ServiceNow modulesExperience with upgrades and patching cycles Knowledge of business processes related to ServiceNow modules Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Public Sector industries Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similarNice to Have Proficiency in implementing and configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities, with the ability to design solutions that leverage AI features to optimize workflows and enhance
