Experienced Product Quality Leader

If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.We are looking for a Product Quality Leader to join our team and take ownership of engine-related quality performance for Heavy-Duty and Medium-Duty Trucks and Buses.
This role is a key interface between the customer voice and our technical teams, driving short-term quality improvements and contributing to mid-term roadmaps.You will lead cross-functional pre-investigations, apply data-driven insights, and ensure fast and effective problem resolution.
This is a replacement position with high visibility and impact across multiple departments.Quality Investigation & ResolutionDetect, quantify, and prioritize customer quality issues.Lead pre-investigations and recommend containment actions (e.g., internal campaigns).
Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Minitab to analyze data and support investigations.Recommend and present external campaigns to the Campaign Committee.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of quality issues solving process.Communicate effectively with stakeholders across GTT, GTO, and brands.Support new projects with field experience and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps.Ensure the customer voice is represented in problem-solving processes.Identify potential safety-related issues and escalate appropriately.Predict and report quality KPIs to the organization.Who are you?

In this role, you will bring:QualificationsEngineering degree / equivalent to Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, statistical methods, and reliability.Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.Familiarity with truck systems and applications is appreciated.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with Jira, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA+, KOLA, Impact is appreciated.Understanding of the dealer network is a plus.Teamwork and global collaborationProblem-solving and analytical thinkingInitiative and ownershipWhat's in it for you?
