Further, you're a curious person, and you'd love the opportunity to work with a technology team that includes data scientists, algorithm experts, back-end and front-end engineers to expand your knowledge.About The PositionAs a Technical Integration Specialist, you'll be helping our customers improve the search experiences of their websites and mobile apps by integrating with our services.
Your specific responsibilities will include:Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and goalsProviding expert education and assistance on integrating with our APIs and utilizing our open source librariesAssisting customers in troubleshooting integration issues and resolving technical challenges alongside Customer SuccessActing as a liaison between customers and other technical resources to ensure a smooth integration processResponding promptly to customer inquiries and providing clear and concise explanations - assisting in monitoring customer integration healthMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer questionsDocumenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions to improve support processesContributing to and assisting in maintaining integration documentation and resources for customers and teammates.About UsConstructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit.
