Senior Technical Support Specialist at BairesDev As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you\'ll provide advanced assistance and lead the resolution of complex technical issues. You\'ll mentor junior team members, implement support processes, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality technical standards. Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues. Lead incident resolution and coordinate with technical teams. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Mentor junior support staff and provide technical guidance. Analyze support trends and recommend process improvements. Ensure service level agreements and quality standards are met. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technical support or related roles. Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and applications. Experience with ticketing systems and support tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
