We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Core Networks /Mobile & Converged Networks with strong expertise in mobile and converged network architectures to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nokia network solutions, virtualization technologies, and key signaling protocols, and will play a crucial role in aligning network strategies with customer and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and fixed/converged network architectures.Manage and optimize virtualized environments usingNokia CBIS VMs , containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as NCS.Work with Nokia network elements and third-party systems includingCMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, and CSD .Troubleshoot and optimize signaling protocols such asSIP, Diameter, and S7 .Lead cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions aligned with customer and Nokia objectives.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks effectively.Provide deep analytical support and troubleshoot complex network issues.Required Skills and QualificationsExtensive knowledge ofmobile network technologies(2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), fixed and converged networks.Experience with virtualization and container platforms ( Nokia CBIS ,Docker ,Kubernetes ,NCS ).Familiarity with Nokia network components ( CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS/HLR, CSD ) and third-party solutions.Strong understanding ofSIP, Diameter, and S7protocols.Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet technical and business goals.Excellent risk management, leadership, and communication skills.Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude.Proficiency in English.Preferred QualificationsCertifications or relevant education in Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields.Prior experience working with Nokia systems and large-scale network deployments.We are Connectors .We thrive on 'quality over quantity' and put in the work building strong relationships.We create connections, discover qualities, uncover skills, and place people with accuracy.We are your true partnerWe are Collaborators .You'll be working with a wholly owned subsidiary of Kelly and part of the Kelly Telecom division.It allows us to be as nimble and fiercely competitive as a startup while having the backing of a multibillion dollar publicly traded company which has been in business for 75 years.With direct access to hiring managers, services don't stop at standard recruiting processes.We use our expertise to improve your application skills and provide ongoing career support.We give 24/7 Support .We are in this together.We provide around the clock availability, competitive employee benefits, and continuously check-in to make sure things are going smoothly.Check out our Glassdoor page
