Network Operations Analyst Job DescriptionSonatel, the largest IT service provider in Latin America, is leading systems integration, support and IT outsourcing with almost 50 years of experience.We are seeking a Network Operations Analyst to join our team for first-line monitoring and coordination of network incidents across multiple retail locations.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Monitor network events and escalate as needed (L1/L2 NOC equivalent).Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with Managed Service Providers for updates and resolution progress.Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless issue resolution.Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution details to the team.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of ongoing issues.Track, document, and report network incidents following established SLAs and procedures.Maintain accurate records of communication, incident logs, and service documentation.Support escalation and root cause analysis processes when required.Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve underlying causes of issues.Maintain up-to-date records of communication, incident logs, and service documentation.Ensure all relevant information is documented and easily accessible to the team.Key Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.Familiarity with network operations and incident management.Experience working with Managed Service Providers.Benefits:This role offers:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to work with a leading organization in the IT industry.Why Join Us?We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
