The objective of this role is to ensure that we are structuring data product development effectively and aligned with the needs of the customer, the development team, and corresponding leaders.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and communicate the release of Data Products to customers (internal and external).
Work together with customers and internal employees to meet customer and company needs.Work supported by leadership or Senior Data Product Analyst, with internal stakeholders (Industrial Engineers, Data Scientists, etc) and users performing analysis to obtain relevant results with our algorithms.Support process analysis, diagnosis/problem framing, results analysis, modeling and tuning.Identification of improvement opportunities to generate value to our customers.Monitor routine activities with high predictability and short-term impact.Monitor support demands.RequirementsGraduation in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, MathematicsExperience with Project or Product management roles.Knowledge of Agile culture.Experience with Data Science projectsAvailable to work at our offices, in Rio de Janeiro, RJ or Sao Paulo, SP.Advanced EnglishNice-to-have (plus):Knowledge of PythonExperience in Industrial EnvironmentKnowledge of Lean Six-SigmaBenefitsPPR (Profit Sharing): Possibility of extra compensation based on the company's results, according to your performance.Health and Dental Plan: To ensure your care and well-being.Flexible Benefit: Receive an amount that can be used according to your needs, including food, transportation, education, culture, and health.
