The RoleDonorbox is seeking a Product Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, the person will be a key player in helping our product teams make data-driven decisions. The role's primary focus will be on defining, implementing, and analyzing product metrics such as in-app events and conversion funnels. The person will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data collection, acting as a crucial link between our Product and Data departments. They will work closely with product managers and designers to provide the insights they need to build and iterate on successful features, and track the key results for each objective of every product team.
Responsibilities- Define and track key product success metrics across various product teams, including quarterly OKRs.
- Work with product managers to establish, implement, and analyze product conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from the design team, providing them with the necessary insights to inform their decisions.
- Bridge the communication and technical gap between the Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to event tracking or data loss.
- Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on product performance to stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Deep expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo, including successful implementation and ongoing use.
- Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Background in user experience (UX) or product design.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Fully remote based in Latin America
- Salary: $25k-$35k USD, depending on experience and location
