Job Title: Head of Sales MarketingWe are seeking an accomplished sales and marketing professional to spearhead the growth of our tire sales business in South and Latin America.About the Opportunity:Develop and execute a comprehensive tire sales strategy aligned with global business objectives and local market trends.Set and monitor country-wise and product-wise sales targets across all tire segments, including Truck & Bus Radials (TBR), Passenger Car Radials (PCR), Off-The-Road (OTR), Farm, 2-Wheeler (2W), Industrial Tires, and emerging segments such as Electric Vehicle (EV) tires.Drive the growth of premium, mid-range, and economy tire product lines to achieve maximum market coverage, targeting both retail and institutional buyers.Introduce sales initiatives to increase sell-in and sell-out volumes, reduce aging inventory, and improve channel profitability.Strategically expand the dealer and distributor network across key markets, including Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and the Balkans.Establish long-term partnerships with national distributors, large dealers, and regional wholesalers, enhancing market access and brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionMarket DevelopmentRequirements:Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership rolesStrong understanding of the tire industry and market trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:A challenging role in a dynamic industry, opportunities for career growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
