Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Intelligent System Developer to design and build AI-driven solutions that enhance our workflow efficiency, automate tasks, and drive business growth.This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining the foundational architecture of our platform's AI capabilities.Automation of staffing workflows leading to reduced manual touches.Zero-drama compliance through primary-source checks and built-in audit logs.Revenue and margin uplift through accurate pay-package math and cleaner timesheets.Cash flow improvement via automated AR/AP management and payroll sync.Enhanced recruiter capacity through AI-assisted SMS cadences and clean data flows.Decision speed boost with live reporting to Google Sheets/Excel/Power BI.Platform rigor ensured through MLOps, observability, and cost governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI pipelines for document extraction and validation.Develop compliance automation using primary-source license checks and date/format rules.Integrate workflow systems including Applicant Tracking Systems, healthcare platforms, job boards, CRM, and Task Management Tools.Implement text message automation for AI-assisted campaigns and cadences triggered by ATS events.Integrate VoIP/SMS with ATS/Compliance to auto-log activity and attach files.Automate customer support and knowledge base workflows through AI triage/routing and agent-assist.Implement marketing and CMS automation using content workflows with Jasper AI.Develop pay package automation using bill rates, stipends, and guaranteed hours.Integrate finance, accounting, and payroll automation with QuickBooks/Xero and payroll tools.Develop knowledge assistants using RAG chatbots over Confluence/SharePoint/Drive/ATS/CRM.Implement live reporting streams to Google Sheets/Excel/Power BI for exceptions and credential heatmaps.MLOps & PlatformImplement dataset/prompt/embedding versioning, golden test sets, offline/online evals, and A/B tests.Develop CI/CD for data and models with feature flags and latency/reliability SLOs.Implement durable orchestration and state with idempotency, retries/backoff, and dead-letter handling.Ensure observability with traces/metrics/cost, drift detection, PII/HIPAA redaction, RBAC, and audit logs.Implement cost governance through token/throughput controls, caching/TTL, embedding reuse, batching, and FinOps reporting.
