Smith & Associates is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Brazil office. Once you join this team, you will become acquainted with our core values that define Smith. Our diverse portfolio of pieces can be found in automotive, industrial, computing, networking, telecom, consumer electronics, medical devices, solar, and aerospace and defense. Our 19 offices range from Silicon Valley, New York City, Munich, Shenzhen and Shanghai, with hubs in Houston, Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Singapore.Principle AccountabilitiesProvide support to key accounts and customers by setting up new customers and contacts, creating/entering new purchase orders, loading requirements and quotes into our CRM system, order and status follow up with Customers.Work alongside various teams such as the purchasing team for sourcing and pricing, the sales team for reporting and the operations team for shipping.Validate and update Smith's internal CRM system.Conduct market industry research.Support the office with ad-hoc analyses and reports.RequirementsAt least one year of experience in the industry.Bachelors in international trade, business administration or a related field.Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (both conversational and written) – Spanish would be a plus.Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Excellent communication skills.Prior administrative support experience preferred.Tech Savvy.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with usWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
