SAP Release Manager RolePlan, coordinate, and control the entire SAP release lifecycle from defining release strategies to managing deployments and post-go-live support.Ensure quality, minimize business disruption, and maintain compliance with ITIL and SOX standards.Develop and maintain the SAP release strategy and calendar, coordinating release windows across various SAP modules and applications.Manage and coordinate all release activities, ensuring timely execution by working closely with development, testing, and infrastructure teams.Implement and enforce release management processes and quality gates, ensuring adherence to standards such as ITIL, SOX, and audit requirements.Identify potential risks to the release schedule, quality, and scope, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions.Liaise with business stakeholders and project managers to align release activities with business priorities.Act as the central point of communication for release plans, risks, impacts, and progress to all involved parties.Conduct post-release reviews and postmortems, track release KPIs, and identify lessons learned for continuous process improvement.Oversee the entire release lifecycle, ensuring that all release criteria are met before deployment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SAP software and its modules.Benefits:Opportunity to work on complex projects.Collaborative team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.How to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter to (insert contact information).
